Introduction
Traditional metal melting equipment were heated by the external heating iron pot using the coal fire, heavy oil, fuel gas and so on, which showed many disadvantages such as high energy consumption, air pollution, low thermal efficiency, short-lived, the large deviation of solutions and so on. In this case, under the donation of Natural Science Foundation of China and the 863 Project, We developed the energy-saving internal heating and melting equipment for metal with XJTU. The ceramic crucible improved the lifetime and property. The ceramic electric heating module could improve the efficiency of energy by penetrating the metallic solution. The advanced control system ensure the equipment operating and make the designation and manufacture ideology of internal heating and melting metal, which would bring a revolutionary change for hot dip and pressure casting. |

Characteristics
Higher thermal efficiency, energy usage ratio could be increased from 30% to 50% approximately.
The product conformed to the national development direction.
The collocation of ceramic crucible and ceramic heating module avoided the corrosion of metal solution. The materials could be saved about 10%.
The accuracy temperature-controlled could control the solution temperature precisely and improve the quality of product.
Electrical heating could avoid the emission of pollutant and improve the regional environment.
The lifetime of equipment was lengthened. The lifetime of heating module could reach over one year
and could be easily replaced. The lifetime of the ceramic crucible could reach eight years. |
