The educational background of these researchers covered materials, mechanic design, chemical machinery and so on. WESTERN BD can provide the problem solutions for users depending on the professional technology and experience in its field.
Depending upon the technological advantages and experiences in advanced materials fields, WESTERN BD made great progress in technique and obtained enormous benefits continuously. The company undertook many national projects and drafted several national standards in recent years. Meanwhile, technical experts edited and published the earliest books on the fabrication method of metal porous materials in China.
The famous products including the fluid conveying equipment with large flux, composite filters made from metal or ceramic ,concentrate filtering equipment, spherical titanium and titanium alloy powders, titanium alloy connecting rod for car, and so on. All these achievements and R&D experiences made WESTERN BD be a high-tech enterprise in the fields: rare metal powers, porous metal, equipment for filtration and separation.
Meanwhile, the company established good relations with other research institutes and universities, such as: Xi’an Jiaotong University, Central South University, Northeastern University, Xi dian University and Shaanxi University of Science & Technology etc.
WESTERN BD is also an very important support organization of State key laboratory for porous metal materials, Shaanxi engineering research center for filtration and separation, Xi’an engineering research center for filtration and separation. In addition, WESTERN BD is the researcher training base of Xi’an Jiao Tong University in advanced material and technology fields.
