¡¡Executive director: Wu Quanxing
¡¡Professor Wu Quanxin was born in 1944. He had assumed the office of the vice-director of the analytical chemistry Lab, the vice-director of China Nonferrous metal Industry Northwest Quality Testing Center. The chief of quality department, the assistant dean of NIN. He accupied the executive director of Xi'an Baode Powder Metallurgy Co.,Ltd in 2003.
¡¡He graduated from Qinhua University in 1967. He was dispatched to study at Tokyo Science University by ministry of education in 1979. He had pursued metal analysis, quality inspection, quality technology manage successively. His bookmaking has the sixth volume of 'industry analysis of non-ferrous' and his translation works has 'the technology of titanium machining'. Professor Wu is one of writers of 'China metallurgy cyclopaedia' and 'material science and engineering' . He presided to frame more than 100 items of enterprise standards, trade standards and national standards. China nonferrous metal industrial bureau awarded standardization precursor to Professor Wu. Presided quality system authentication and was administrative supervisor delegate about ISO9002-94, ISO9001-2000, GJB9001A-2001 at China Nonferrous metal Industry Northwest Quality Testing Center, pressure vessel plant, Filter Co., and corporation headquarters. China quality manage association has honored him.

¡¡Doctor, Professor of Engineering. He had assumed vice-director of the powder metallurgy lab. He has occupied general manager of Xi'an Baode Powder Metallurgy Co.,Ltd. since 2003.
¡¡Doctor Wu lucubrates and has the courage to innovate in scientific and technological work. He presided and participated in more than 20 items about 863, war industry, trade development and international cooperation. He established 3 product lines of the pilotscale experiment. He has 2 patents for invention and technological advancement twice by Province and Ministry. He appeared 36 paper in magazines and meetings. He writed more than 40 paper about technical report,consultation report and special report. He was awarded the 8th China young technlogical credit, Shaanxi 'three-five' person, the 4th Shaanxi young technological credit.
